Since the number of products that are getting developed had increased a lot in the last few years, the sector named customer service has also emerged. The purpose of this sector is to provide service to the customer. This service is offered to the customer either before the purchase is done or during the purchase or after the purchase is done. To carry out the process of offering the service smoothly, there are various designations where a person with proper knowledge can fit into.
The different roles in this sector includes the role of a salesman, that of a technical trouble shooter and others. If we take the example of a technical troubleshooter, he or she is someone who solves the various issues involved with the product after the customer buys the product.
